Robert L.”Bob” Glencross, General Manager and funeral director. Bob has been a licensed funeral director for over 37 years. Being born in Northern Idaho, and his family having owned property in the Flathead Valley, has always given him an insight into what the needs of the families that reside here are. He attended Milwaukee Area Technical college as well as Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is married, and has four children. His wife of 26 years, Dorothy is Business Manager for the Daily Inter Lake. Two of his sons live here locally, Errin and Chris, and his daughter Whitney graduated from Glacier High School this last spring. All are active part-time in the Funeral business. His oldest son lives in southern California. Bob has managed Buffalo Hill Funeral Home for the past 17 years. Being Kalispell’s only locally owned funeral home, has allowed him to keep prices reasonable and service at a premium for the families in the Flathead Valley. He has only had one employee leave our firm in 17 years and that was to purchase his own funeral home in Arizona. Bob feels that says a lot about how much we care about the families we assist and the way we treat our associates. We will always put the families we help first. They truly do mean everything to us. We treat them the way we want to be treated. One of his goals is to offer the most up to date services available, such as personalized memory folders, a very useful web page and extremely well done and meaningful Memorial Video Tributes.

She graduated as a Junior from Glacier High School this last year, and will be attending FVCC this coming spring.
Special thanks to Errin and Chris Glencross who accompanied me to Cincinnati to pickup a hearse and limo that we purchased. We encountered over 450 accidents due to horrible road conditions on our 3 day journey back to Kalispell with the cars. These cars will be a great asset for our families to have available to them at a minnimal charge. Thank you guys for a job well done.
