Weekly Information
General Information for the Flathead Valley.
We will soon be doing articles in this area that will be of interest to all residents of the Flathead Valley. Such as did you know that the cheapest direct cremation in Missoula is $1995.00. Did you also know that they are all owned by one corporation. That could very easily happen here, we will be making a very important news release about the change of ownership of a couple of funeral homes, as well as a cemetery here in our valley very shortly. My goal as the only Locally owned and operated funeral home is to be the very best at the service we give families, and have the best possible prices. We hope to stay independent for many years to come. The rumor has also been going around that I am retiring, that is not true. I hope to work for several more years. We are proud to announce that we recently purchased a very nice hearse and matching Limo to be used by our families. They are really nice, got a great buy on them, so we won't have to charge anything additional to our families.
Price of the month- Complete burial with the choice of four different U.S. Made Caskets $3895.00. This does not include cash advances(obituaries, death certificates, cemetery charges, minister stipends, etc.) This is a tremendous value, and is exactly the same services as a more expensive funeral.
Having served the Flathead Valley for 17 years, and having been in the funeral business for 37 years, we are going to celebrate by giving away several nice gifts in August. The top two prices will be $250.00 cash. There will be 3 other gifts, to be determined. Everyone except employees will be eligible to participate in the drawing. We will have more informartion in the near future for all of you.
Sorry about any problems you might have had trying to do a pre-need on line with us. Someone thought it was funny to put in phony information, but with our iplogger in place we have their internet information and it has been turned over to the proper authorities.
One last thing regarding pre-paid pre-needs, we have in the past month set up over 70 pre-needs, if you have had any trouble getting an appointment with us, I apologize, we have been averaging several a day, but we promise to get yours done sometime this week. By the way our price is absolutely guaranteed when pre-paid.
Talk to you next week.

Our goal is to help keep prices down and services up. We truly understand that the economy is in a huge rut. We strive to work with every family that we deal with. Buffalo Hill Funeral Home is proud of some of the things we have done in my 17 year tenure. We try to never charge a family that sadly has a child pass away. We only charge the wholesale price of an infant casket if they wish to bury the child. For several years, the coroners department used our facility to have autopsies done. We never once charged them, I have always tried to save tax payer dollars.
We recently purchased a newer limo and hearse for our families to use. We are extremely proud of the great buy we made one them, thus allowing us to help our families be able to use them at a very moderate cost. (no charge for our limo). Pretty hard to beat that price. It is hard to believe that my family and I have lived in the Flathead Valley for 17 years. My son Chris graduated from Flathead High School, my Daughter Whitney graduated as a Junior from Glacier High School, and my lovely wife of 27 years, started at the bottom, and within a few years worked up to the Business Manager at the Daily Interlake. Life has been very good to us here in the Flathead Valley.

Just returned from a wonderful vacation with my wife Dorothy. Got lot of sunshine, and Dorothy caught a really nice fish while we were fishing in the ocean. My staff was very busy while we were gone, and they did a wonderful job. We have been graced with many families asking us to take care of their loved ones. Thank you, being the Flathead Valley's only locally owned Funeral Home, it is with great honor that we truly live up to your expectations of us. Not only the lowest prices, but also the best service possible. It is with great pride that we endeavor to do our best job for each and every family we take care of.
We are currently putting together a handout that will be especially useful to everyone in the community. It is not someway of getting your name or phone number, it will be available to you and your family, it will include things that every family should be aware of, regarding Social Security benefits, veterans benefits, other organizations who can help you when you have a loved one pass away. We truly care about all families, this will be a great book for you to have, it will also have valuable phone numbers in it for your use. Remember you can always call us if you have a question about just about anything, if we don't have the answer, we will know where to get the answer. Talk to you soon, God Bless and hoping you a wonderful spring and summer.
Here is one of the many thank you we recieve from our families.
Dear Bob and Dianne;
The most important words we would like to convey to you at this time is our gratitude. Words cannot really convey your warmth that you showed Michale and I. The love, respect, and caring you provided to us and to my mom means the world to us. You made our life changing moments so much more bearable. We know mom and "grandma" would love everthing you did!
Once again, thank you for everthing. You are awesome and went beyond what we could ever expect.
Sincerely
Robert Glencross
