Andrew John Stika Jr. passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2017, in his home in Columbia falls, MT after a battle with Congestive Heart Failure.
Andy was born on June 3, 1933, in Chicago Illinois to his parents Andrew J and Agnes (Stepanek) Stika.
He is survived by his daughters, Deborah Stika, Diane Bertino, Andrea (John) Dunnigan; his son James (Karen) Stika; his grandchildren, Stephen Bertino, Jessica, Rachel and Mallory Stika, and Andrew and James Dunnigan.
Andy grew up in Berwyn Illinois where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Evelyn, in 1953. Andy and Evelyn enjoyed going to garage sales and vacationing with family and friends in northern Minnesota. Andy enjoyed woodworking and spent time throughout his retirement repairing furniture for the Eden Prairie Historical Society.
