Cecile Y. Powell, age 84, passed away on December 24, 2023, at Brendan House in Kalispell, Montana. She is survived by her sons Terry Powell and Charles "Chuck" Powell, her daughter Christy Powell, and her sister D. Charlene Moore. Services will be held at a later date. Buffalo Hill Funeral Home caring for the family.
