Cheryl Lee (Saville) Criswell went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 7, 2022 at the age of 74, passing peacefully with loved ones by her side. Cheryl was born on February 12, 1948 in Lewiston, Idaho to Vina Schneider and Charles Saville. She grew up in Lewiston, ID where she graduated high school, attended the local University and earned a Masters Degree in Psychology and was working on her PhD in Psychology. She had a passion for animals and was primarily a caregiver and advocate for animals. She also worked as a counselor for Weight Watchers and for Women of Domestic Abuse. She became an author and has written many science-fiction books (which the family will have published). She was happily married to Ed Criswell for 15 years until his death in 2017. She had four children and two grandchildren. Cheryl enjoyed music, dancing, nature, collecting rocks and pinecones, caring for others, and loved and lived for God. Cheryl is survived by her children Arayna Kessler, Holly Hensley, Kelly Ward and two grandchildren Joey and Makena from daughter Kelly. She is preceded in death by her husband Ed Criswell, her parents, and her son David Kessler. There will be a memorial for Cheryl Sunday March 13, 2022 at Flathead Ekklesia Church in Kalispell, Montana following the 10:00 a.m. service (located in the old Gateway West Mall, west side of the building). Buffalo Hill Funeral Home is caring for the family.
