Bigfork

Debra passed away peacefully at her home in Bigfork, Montana on May 26, 2024 at the age of 68.

Debra was born on July 26, 1955 in Swindon, England to Phillip and Gloria A. Vollin. Debra’s parents met/married in England while her father was serving in the Air Force. The family moved a lot during those first 10 years spending time between England and the States.  The family ultimately ended up where her father was born and raised near Arlee Montana.

Debra played a huge role in the raising and care for her 6 siblings.  She ended up attending many different schools in many different places and eventually found Kalispell to be her home.

From a very young age her life revolved around caring for her family as it was her priority.

Her earliest career was working at the County Nursing Home with her Mom.  There she enjoyed caring for the elderly including doing their hair and haircuts which lead her to her last career as a barber.   She had a sense of humor and quick whit that endeared her to her many clients.

On November 11, 1997 Debra married Steven Fauerso.  During their 26 years together she got to travel and see so many things.  She also developed a very creative personality and an artistic eye like no other she could see beauty and shape in everything she touched and saw.  She put her heart into any and everything she touched from gardening, baking, crafts, bird watching (Humming), sky diving and taking so many pictures with an eye that only she had.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Phillip Vollin Jr. and Gloria Wilkins, her grandparents Ada and Norman Wilkins, her first husband Michael Larson, son Richard Veidt Larson, brothers, Dennis and Dwayne Vollin.

She is survived: by her husband of 26 years Steven Fauerso, daughters, Sheri (Jason) Smith and Dacia Wright. Siblings, Donna (Jerry) Wisher, Diane(Walt) Landi, Danny Vollin and Darleen Shero, Grandchildren Jayden(Madison) Smith, Coby and Spencer Smith, Rylan Wright, and Kasidy and Riley Yoeman. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

May the winds of Heaven blow softly and whisper in your ear how much we love and miss you & wish you were here
