Hellen Doten

Helen Grace Doten (Graig), age 72, passed away on February 26, 2022 at her home in Somers, Montana with family by her side. Born December 16, 1949 in Hillsboro, Oregon to Ed and Grace (Murphey) Graig, Helen would be raised in Ketchikan, Alaska. In Tacoma, Washington on December 18, 1971 Helen would marry her true love Doug Doten and spend the next 50 years by each other’s side. She would go on to graduate from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelors of Arts in Education where she used her talents to teach grades 1,2 and 3 in Demersville, MT and grades 1 and 2 in Creston, MT.

Helen is survived by her husband Doug (Somers, MT); daughter Janalynn Ferguson Douglas (AK); sister Julie Krabel and grandchildren Aaron and Melani Doten Ferguson.
