Jerome Maitland "Jerry" Boyle, 73, passed away Nov. 24, 2011, at the Whitefish Care and Rehabilitation.
Jerry was born May 28, 1938, in Los Angeles.
Jerry was a retired pilot and author.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea, of Marion; children, James Maitland Boyle of Germany, Kevin Lee Boyle of Sacramento, Calif., and Jennifer Rebecca Newton of Lincoln, Neb.; stepsons, Brent and Matthew Mikesell of Spokane; and seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home.
