John “Jack” W. Clark was born June 5, 1936, to Dolores and Albert Clark.
He was raised by his grandmother Mary Delaney in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
On May 24, 1955 he joined the Navy and after his service traveled across the United States doing steel work before settling down in Whitefish. Once in Whitefish he was an entrepreneur, managing different businesses, the last being Northwest Polycraft.
In 1987 he met the love of his life, Helena Green, and joined her family.
He passed quietly at home on May 10, 2018.
He is survived by his sister Fran Christensen, and two nephews; as well as his wife Helen Clark, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Please join us to celebrate his life at 12:00 p.m. May 19 at the Whitefish VFW.
