Lacey Phillips (AKA) Soule’ age 37, of Kalispell, passed away unexpectedly on February 13, 2023. She was born on November 14, 1985, in Sacramento, California, to Keith Phillips whom also has passed on. She is the daughter of parents Dan and Nancy Soule-Kolesar of Libby, Montana, sister of Jenny Williams Weed, (Adam) Aunt to Lily and Hendrix Weed. Mother of Eloise Brown, of Kalispell, niece of Sandy Kearney, and cousins Tim and Ashley. A Celebration Of Life to be held this summer.
