Small Jr.  passed away on April 24, 2024 at Logan Health Medical Center, Lawrence was born on February 23, 1957, to Lawrence and Elfie in Hackensack, NJ. he received his degree in Business at Rocky Mountain College, his hobby. was being an Author. he was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. he is survived by his wife Peggy, daughters, Amanda Cooper and Katrina Garrett, grandchildren Larry Collins Jr. and Christopher Collins. Sisters Kathy (Russ) Wiseman and Linda Collins.
