Nicole Salois Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Auntie, Friend, and Fierce Advocate for Others
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nicole Salois, who left this world too soon after a courageous battle with cancer. Nicole’s life was one marked by fierce love, honesty, laughter, and unwavering support for those around her.
Born and raised in Montana, Nicole became a cherished presence in every community she touched. Many knew her as a strong leader during her years managing McDonald’s restaurants, where she mentored countless team members and forged friendships that felt more like family. She was known for her no-nonsense attitude, quick wit, and the ability to offer both tough love and compassionate support—often in the same sentence.
Nicole’s impact reached far beyond the workplace. She devoted herself to the youth in her community, especially at Flathead High School, where her guidance and care made a lasting impression. She protected, encouraged, and loved like a second mother to many. Her strength, sass, and “mama bear” spirit made her a fierce advocate for kids, friends, and family alike.
Her friends describe her as a bright light—someone who didn’t sugarcoat life but made it sweeter simply by being in it. Whether she was comparing nail designs, catching up on gossip with a phone buzzing in hand, or offering a warm hug in a time of need, Nicole made people feel seen, safe, and loved.
Nicole was a loyal friend, a beautiful soul, and a brave fighter. She left behind a legacy of resilience, loyalty, and boundless love. She taught those around her how to be strong, how to love deeply, and how to set boundaries with grace.
She is survived by her loving partner, her children who were the pride and joy of her life, and countless friends and extended family members who will carry her spirit forward.
Nicole’s memory will live on in the lives she touched, the lessons she taught, and the community she helped build. Though our hearts ache in her absence, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and that her incredible spirit will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace, sweet Nicole.
You were truly one of a kind. This isn’t goodbye—it’s see you later. 💜
