Phyllis Wicker, age 92, passed away at Meadowood Health and Rehab in Stockton, California August 13, 2021. Phyllis was born in North Dakota on August 31, 1928 to William and Esther (Putnam) Julian. Phyllis will be laid to rest in Lone Pine Cemetery in Bigfork, Montana. Buffalo Hill Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for the family.
