Stephanie Tupper, lovingly known as Steph, passed away on August 16, 2025, at the age of 62. She was born on April 22, 1963, in Watertown, South Dakota, and passed away in Kalispell, Montana, after a brave and difficult battle with cancer.

Steph leaves behind her five children: Sheena, Jesse, Jazmine, Jordan, and Janessa. She is also survived by her beloved mother, Cheryl, and her cherished grandchildren: Keno, Justice, Liam, Lukas, Addison, Azaleah, Aemon, and Callie Mae. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Karma and her sister Kris. In her final days, Steph expressed how much she looked forward to being with them again, along with her grandpa and cousin Mike.

In addition to her own children, Steph was like a second mother to many. No matter the struggles she faced, her heart was always open. She had an incredible way of helping others, even when it meant putting herself last. People always knew they could count on her, and her generosity and compassion touched countless lives.

Steph had a deep love for all animals. She often shared stories of her days barrel racing with her horse, Princess, as a teen—a time she cherished dearly. She was creative and talented, expressing herself through beautiful drawings, paintings, and coloring. Steph always had a funny story to share and knew how to make people laugh, leaving everyone around her feeling lighter and happier. Her sense of humor and vibrant personality made every moment with her special.

Her warmth, laughter, and love will be remembered forever. As Steph always believed: “It’s never good-bye, it’s see you later.”

In accordance with her wishes, Stephanie was cremated. Rather than a traditional funeral, she chose to spend meaningful time with her loved ones in a celebration of life held near the end of her journey. Her warmth, courage, and spirit were honored in the presence of those who meant the most to her. For those who wish to support her family as they navigate this next chapter, contributions can still be made through her GoFundMe page.
